I got few cookies and muffins and asked for a bag he said the bags are too big for the stuff I got it’s not asif their free I was going to pay for the carrier bag still said no bag too big for what I bought then the pink muffin tasted like uncooked dough never seen a muffin like that and cookie was under cooked. Not fresh. Not going back.

Product has shrunk in size over time - wafer thin now - there is surely a limit to how little they can give you and how much they can charge. Great example of "shrinkflation"

Went here today! Awful experience! When I asked for hot chocolate, he turned around and said I’ve cleaned the machine, so I’m not going to make you it. Asked for manager and he started ignoring me. Horrible experience! Do not go!!

Staff are really rude. I ordered a Carmel latte with cream the same coffee I get anywhere. The girl took my bill she had trouble adding the cream onto my bill. (Not my problem) then b4 she started to make it she said you can’t have cream because the till won’t let me add it on. My response was I don’t want it then. So she proceeded to make it huffing and puffing and sighed when I asked her for sugar. The customer should never no if u have a problem and should always be spoke to welcoming not with attitude and a grumpy face. I shoulda gone to Starbucks or costa. The staff really let this place down

I went to Millie’s Cookies and got 2 hot chocolate. Got to the car and both were over half filled and looked nothing like the photos. The staff were cool, but the person that served me (lady) was rushing to make the drinks like there was a queue! Ffs, it was only me. The taste was horrid! Haven’t been back since. Have also emailed Millie’s a few times with no reply. Save yourself the hassle with these guys. The cookies aren’t that great either.

I ordered a cookie slice. Opened it to find it with a jet black hair on top of the icing, it then went under the icing and came back out of the other side. I drove back to the store to be told by the woman she took the cookie back and said “do you just want a different one”. There was no form of apology and it the lack of hygiene was just disregarded like it was normal to find a hair in your food. I was not even offered a refund or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I am disgusted with both the fact of the matter and how it was dealt with. I am a loyal customer purchasing on a weekly basis. I have attached a an image of my purchase. And highlighted where the hair was it can also be seen where it is actually buried under the icing. If someone could get back to me to discuss this matter it would be appreciated.

Ordered a large birthday cookie for a friend. Lady at the counter was lovely to speak to. Service was quick and product looked great.

Very dissatisfied went to pick up a birthday cookie that I ordered for my daughters 15th birthday. To be told it had been forgotten about with no time to re order as we were on our way to the party. I did get a refund but no cookie for my daughter. So if you are ordering go day before to collect just incase.

Needed a giant cookie for a birthday in a rush lady was happy to help and it was ready in half an hour with Halloween design too
