Millie’s Cookies glasgow

This is the double chocolate cookie shake, I am disappointed. I said it does not look like the picture at all. He says we ran out of whip cream. I said what about the cookie on top, he said it is in it. What a waste of time and money. I asked if I could get a cookie, because my son wanted to eat it. The salesman said he would have to charge me for another one then. I told him not to bother. I should have told him to keep it, it was not full, it did not look like the picture, the salesman was rude and looked tired. Don't waste your money.

What's not to love? Yummy cookies, friendly staff and reasonably priced for the occasional treat!! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the selection was limited. When I was there, a lot of the flavours were sold out. I still got some tasty treats tho so I'm quite happy.

Was so disappointed the cookies were either under done and falling to bit or overdone. Bought six two awful, two ok and two over done. Plus the staff where awful when I asked for three in one bag and three in a other. Was splitting them for the kids.

Cookies are delicious too bad the staff are terrible at their job the counters always empty no selection and the staff are rude. Not to mention the price increase in the past ive bought a lot of these cookies but theyr getting more and more expensive but smaller in size! Rip off

This outlet in the food area at Braehead Shopping centre as the name suggests sells cookies or as they call them in this part of the world biscuits. I think it is part of a franchise for those that care.The cookies are fairly delicious and the kids love them, they are also not too expensive and the service is usually fast, they also do hot and cold drinks.

The girl who served me was amazing; so welcoming, kind and helpful. I was ordering a large cookie for my daughter and she was helpful suggesting colours and design and the result is a work of art. She is an absolute star and I would return to this store because of her above and beyond customer service. Thank you

I ordered a giant cookie cake. Staff were super friendly. The cookie was ready to collect when I arrived. Great service. Only slight negative was there were no bags available.

First time trying anything from Millie’s cookies and when I got home I had to try it out was the best cookie by far the taste was unreal definitely be coming back for more.
