Millie’s Cookies cambridge

If I can give a zero star rating I would!!!! As I approached the counter there was a man mid 20s early 30s with gingerish hair and beard (which none were covered with a hair net) sitting there on his phone, didn't greet us or even give us a small smile just grunted. I wanted a giant cookie for my fiances birthday which I paid £17.99 for. The man told us it will take 3 hours as he was busy (yet he was just sitting on his phone playing games) he then proceeded to take the details of what I want on the cookie to which he moaned at as I wanted two colours of icing not just one. I was with my mother whom asked if he could take my number on the of chance that the cookie would be done a bit earlier to which he replied 'it is policy to take customers number just In case but Im bot going to as i don't get paid enough money so I can't pay my phone bill so I can't message you' I then went back 3 hours later and as I approached I heard him mumble something under his voice causing me to feel uncomfortable. From the start to me getting the finished cookie that isn't even worth the £17.99 I paid for (very thin piece of cookie with messy icing on) he was rude and made both me and my mum feel embarrassed. I don't suggest going to this millies cookies if he is working!

Every time I go to this Millie’s cookies it is always closing early by 15- 20 minutes, sometimes even more. The barrier is always 3 quarter closed stopping people approaching it. I don’t think this is acceptable considering it doesn’t match the opening and closing times stated on google.

Rude staff and not very helpfull I thought customer relations meant to be good when in fact is rather poor

There were barely any cookies available. I got box of 12 but mainly had to fill it up with the basic one!!

Travelled there for a double cookie cake only to be told that it would be impossible to provide what I wanted but could be done next day. I was a little disappointed but understood and continued with the order. The team leader came over to lend a hand and I asked him if there's any possibility I could get one same day, he went through to the kitchen to see what he had and made my day when he said he'd be able to make a slight variation and could have it ready in an hour. Absolutely fantastic service and left very happy indeed. Thank you so much!

I just received great customer service I have ever had to thanks chaitanya (leader)who give me same day within 30 minutes in big giant cookie for my girl he make my day .

My daughter and her partner called to ensure cookie dough delivery would come in time for her birthday giant cookie request! Greeted by a staff member who obviously didn't want to help, was awkward, rude and made excuses as to why he couldn't make a fresh giant birthday cookie! ... closed early (approx 2pm) I'd like to know who is managing this particular branch and maybe offer some training on customer service and how to maximise their business opportunities!

Just collected HALF my order.... Large cookie lovely. I also ordered 6 filled cookies, on arrival they were not put aside but was going to be sold to me off the counter.. I refused due to them all being melted.... Not only this but I stood in a queue of people not wearing the masks and to get to counter with two members behind the counter also not wearing masks.. With a clear sign on the counter saying "we respectfully request that you wear a face covering". Will not use again!!!

SHOCKING! AVOID! I just received the most appalling customer service I have ever had thanks to Chaytania (the team leader) who kept 4 customer in a queue waiting for more than 5 minutes while he was on his phone in the kitchen
