Staff are always so helpful and friendly. My euro hike back pack I bought a few months back had a strap come off and I took it in for fixing but they couldn't do it so they offered me a new one in exchange. Didn't expect that kind of customer service so was really chuffed with the outcome as the back pack in general was in great condition and hadn't had any other problems. Thank you to the lady who served me today for helping me out!

Great range of outdoor products and competitive prices. Sometimes much better than online offerings. Would rather shop here and buy my outdoor gear from someone who knows the product than a faceless Internet brand.

Very efficient very organised although managed to get what I wanted cheaper by a few pounds from amazon. But if they had priced the item that little bit cheaper I would have got it from them.

Just got back from a week of hiking in Scotland, all made possible by the new walking shoes I got from Millets just before leaving. In particular, Chris G was brilliant - extremely patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to find me the perfect shoes and explain the pros and cons of different options even though it was minutes before closing. Highly recommend, and I will definitely return for any future purchases! Huge thanks again to the lovely staff.
