I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. I was going through a very stressful sale on a property in Hammersmth, with an extremely demanding and impatient buyer. Paul helped me at every turn, from the risk assessment through to installing the equipment and then furnishing my buyer with all the certificates and guarantees, and assuring them on silly points they kept questioning. I doubt my sale would have gone through without Paul’s calm patient speed and commitment. I would add that as a joint freeholder I was obliged to get 3 quotes, and Millennium came in far and away the most reasonable So yes! If you need any fire safety work done it’s an easy 5 *s from me.

Called to book a EICR report was told it could be done the following week and I would get a call the following week to confirm date and time. Monday came and went without a call so I called on Tuesday and was told I would get a call back later that day, I didnt. Not a very reliable company.
