A lovely selection of jewellery and very helpful staff. I got my engagement ring from here a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier with it. Wonderful quality and value for money. And they resized it for me free of charge in super speedy time. Excellent service!

A wonderful shop with equally wonderful products and staff. They were lovely enough to let me take some photos of their window display! A really good range of "pre-loved" jewellery with a brilliant price range, meaning there is something suited for anyone's budget. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I've used Miles Mann before and popped in yesterday (having tried somewhere else in Bath) to look for a ring for my wife's birthday. I'm probably not the most conventional shopper but the staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and no amounts of rings, out of the window, too much to look at. There was no pressure to buy and the whole experience was a pleasure - including paying the bill! I used to use Clive Rangers before it closed down and have been a bit at a loss in finding a company that offers the sort of quality in goods and services that I like. I was visiting Bath recently and spotted a necklace in your window. Unfortunately the shop was just closing and I did not get a chance to try it on. When I got home I rang the shop and the assistant named Meg was very helpful over the phone. She sent me a picture of the necklace and was very nice to deal with. I purchased it and it was sent in the post. Excellent customer service!

Went into Miles Mann on the off chance that they could fix the arm that had broken off my glasses. ( I’m absolutely lost without them -literally) and the lovely Alfy -hope that I’ve spelt that right. Took it upon herself to fix them for me. Brilliant customer care and I will be back to buy some jewellery in the near future. Thank you so much, Was great to be able to see Bath in all its beauty.

Following the good reviews, I trusted Miles Mann to resize and replace a garnet in my great grandmother's gold ring. I am absolutely thrilled with the result - the ring looks like it would have done when new. It is shiny and smooth and the garnet is just the colour I asked for. Also the perfect size now. I strongly recommend this jewellers.
