The grounds are meticulously looked after, the public areas of the flats are spotless, and those who work on site are friendly and approachable. Fantastic central location close to the river.

Good quality flat, well furnished, with good wi-fi and TV etc. Comfy beds and sofas, only iussue is they are right next to the Road and the traffic din and constant Emergency vehicle sirens means it's difficult to keep the windows open when it is hot. Free parking, well maintained grounds, but niwther the SatNav or the local taxi companies have heard of this established housing development, so use Manhattan Drive as the location, it leads to Midsummer Court. 1 minute from the bridge over the river into a green park and 8 minutes to town centre on foot. Don't expect to use a car in Cambridge, parking is costly; but you can walk everywhere easily.

Don't be fooled, the location is often sold as a "quiet" block of flats. However the custodians have no way of enforcing this. In my time there i had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbour, and was told I was "too sensitive" to noise (despite being woken up most nights, people visiting commenting on noise, multiple noise complaints on my part over months!). Frankly Insulting. To cap to this all the walls seem to be hollow, so if someone is banging on a wall or pipe anywhere in the building, you bet you'll be hearing it. If you want a place to live that's close to town and the river. Then its great sure. But if you want a quiet place to live.. avoid at all costs.
