2/ 5

Was looking for an accountant to look after several affairs of my business. Upon telephoning the company Glasgow office to make a general enquiry, I was greeted with the most unenthusiastic receptionist, who told me ‘there’s no one here’. Upon calling back I was told you ‘you maybe need to speak with Douglas Woodhouse – he’s not here’. Upon speaking with Douglas Woodhouse, he was abrupt and rather rude. Feel this company is very outdated - will be looking for an alternative.
