Sure, I called to make a viewing on a property and didn't find your staff very helpful or knowledgeable about the details on the house, there was also no interest in finding a time to view the house, just "sorry we don't have time that day". They didn't even ask for my name or phone number to follow up with an alternative day. Hence the 3 stars.
