Hate this doctors surgery with a passion the receptionist are very rude very unprofessional and dont have a clue how to speak to people. Rang early for an emergency appointment and receptionist telling me i cant have an appointment for my child . They have any and any1 working there. The manger is no better.

Absolutely disgraceful telephone service. I called at 16:19 and was told I was number 4 in the queue then at 16:48 I was number 1. At 17:07 I eventually got through and they hung up. I was calling about arranging a blood test but after that long I was beginning to feel my blood pressure going through the roof. Honestly if they had been in the same room I'd have punched holes in them.

I will not recommend this GP to anyone. Very poor services. It takes ages to get through to them. You cannot book appointment in advance it has to be the same day through the phone. Is a nightmare to get through to them via the phone. This has been going on well before covid19.
