5/ 5

By chance I discovered the Metropole for my latest Saturday / Sunday breakfast treat. Pretty standard breakfast menu so I went with my usual Eggs Benedict (with Salmon) and wasn't disappointed. Price was reasonable, food was delicious and plentiful, all with a great view of the harbour when sitting outside. At 10am, the venue was quiet, service was prompt and I managed to get a car park just outside. The amenities were clean. I'll be back to check out their lunches but for now, the Metropole is my new 'go-to' place for my occasional week-end breakfast treat!!

Had lunch there today, very limited menu and no salads. Why has the menu changed so drastically, it used to be good. The food we had was terrible, we will never go here again.
