Never write bad reviews but here we go. Had someone do my toes who seemed like they weren't trained, and ended up scraping the side of my foot with the pumice so hard it ripped my skin off. Didn't want to leave a review but after no help was offered and no response to my message asking for a refund/apology as a week & a half later my foot is still with uncomfortable blisters up the side. Not happy and won't be back.
