Superb experience with the great team that they have. I managed to open several accounts (personal and business) in record time. All checks were done thoroughly, but timely and without delay. I look forward to being a Metro Bank customer for the years to come!
Absolutely fantastic service at the Cambridge Metro Bank Branch. Everything from the lovely welcome by Tufael to the brilliantly easy job of opening our bank account by the lovely Merima our experience was 10/10. The whole process was super easy, and the hospitality was fantastic (lovely tea!!). All the staff there were very friendly and great! Just need a reason to go again :)
Absolutely fantastic service from Miguel and David. Having moved banking it’s a real pleasure to deal with the staff at Metro they seem to be settling the standards in the banking world I would recommend anyone looking to open an a business or personal bank account to use Metro. Just walk in get an appointment within an hour and by the end of your appointment your be walking out with a new bank account with minimal hassle. Big thank you to both Miguel and David
Well this has to be 1 of the worst experience of customer service. "Sean" the gentleman who served us completely lacks common sense. I am a customer with them and always great to good service.
With Metro bank it’s not possible to provide internal feedback conveniently via email or online chat; for their own improvement I don’t bother to spend large amounts of time calling or mailing letters, so let me post here. In terms of card renewal, Metro bank is ridiculous. They don’t send new cards automatically (absolutely okay) and expect you to use the damaged card replacement function instead (okay), but they don’t give any indication about that, even in the wording of their app and website. You walk in a branch and get informed (in a “isn’t that common sense” tongue) and then waste half an hour of your life waiting for the new card. Reconsider your business with them if that’s not the kind of customer service you expect.
Worst bank. Only care to make money off you.
Great service every time. staffs are very polite and nice to my children and my daughter wants to go in there every time we walk pass Regent street.
