Very welcoming and friendly, opened account easily - they print your new debit card off as you wait which is pretty handy. No issues so far. Even gave me a cake on my birthday....!

I really wanted to like them but has been my worst experience with a bank so far. They cancelled my card for no reason, leaving me without access to my money over Easter weekend and made no attempt to help me get another one. Ended up costing me more than £200 in time and money, most of which I'm only now, finally getting back through the ombudsman after hours on the phone to them where they promised call backs which never happened. The staff on the phone and in store are always very nice but either unwilling or incapable of actually fixing issues. I understand that mistakes happen but being constantly fobbed off for months is unacceptable, particularly from a bank that are supposed to be hot on customer service. Needless to say I've now switched and won't be using them again.

Exceptional staff, great service, went to open an account and got my card on the same day in branch A++++++
