Excellent service, staff can't do enough for you, your even greeted at the door! 5-10 minutes and they replace your lost bank card, excellent App and help setting it up. I cannot speak highly enough of my ongoing experience with this bank, open early- shut late and even open on sundays? What more can you ask from a bank. It is the number 1 bank.

I've recommended this bank to lots of people but not sure it's still the same as it used to be with expansion etc. No good at all saying you're open until late if only 2 staff are actually helping customers and the other 6 are just chatting about their summer plans amongst themselves. Not impressed.

Worst service I have ever experienced! Staff just walk around and chat with each other’s other than paying any attention to customers. None of them are trained and seems to be no manager in the branch.
