Took my car in for an EGR valve replacement. A costly and difficult job, but got a very reasonable price. Job was done quickly and got some sound advice about how to look after my car. Frank and friendly service. Thanks.

I got my car MOTed and since then suspension problem raised, few garages checked my car but none could fix it. I left my car with Richard and his team on Friday and they fixed this within an hour!!! Been using Richard for 3 years no problem & very professional. I'm currently driving a car he sold me. I was taken back at the unprofessional way both a mechanic and a receptionist spoke to me, firstly I was told by the mechanic I wasn't welcome because I was sarcastic when I thanked him , even after reassuring him it was a genuine thank you , which is just ridiculous, secondly when I tried to call bk and clear the misunderstanding up by hopefully speaking to Richard the elderly receptionist got agitated with me for asking when Richard would be back I was rudely told I had already been told she didn't know , which I hadn't been told until this rude incounter, this garage left a bitter taste in my mouth so I can't recommend them. I would recommend using someone less angry and more professional, on a more positive note it turned out to be a blessing I got a much cheaper quote from a very polite mechanic

Very impressed by prompt service and assistance when my car needed a new battery. Found the guys to be friendly, honest and very obliging. Would not hesitate to recommend this garage and will be back whenever our cars need any attention!
