They subconsciously or consciously look for women, which explains why not a single admin over the years was male, so don't bother applying there. And they complain about the gender pay gap when failing to hire men for such low-paid roles ironically contributes to it! The inconsistency is amazing. They pre-decide to hire family members and students despite advertising vacancies externally, thus wasting time and energy for those who go through the recruitment process.
