The vast majority of staff are women, especially for admin roles. They subconsciously or consciously look for women, which explains why not a single admin over the years was male, so don't bother applying there. And they complain about the gender pay gap when failing to hire men for such low-paid roles ironically contributes to it! The inconsistency is amazing. They pre-decide to hire family members and students despite advertising vacancies externally, thus wasting time and energy for those who go through the recruitment process. Don't bother applying there!

Stephanie Holland has worked really hard to ensure that the building is as safe as can be from a Covid perspective. Clear rules, masks, testing kits, extra cleaning etc. Yet still the same friendly welcome and facilities. It's good to be back!

Shambolic. I can only echo the sentiments of the disgruntled persons who have written previously. No accountability what so ever. I emailed and rang numerous times. Not even a glimmer of an apology for me trying for months to get some sort of response. Clearly a systemic issue that no-one there seems willing to address. Glad I didn't end up going there.

I've been chasing an answer about my admission for months and the only person who knows the answer is someone called Nicola. Nobody else could help, they all sent me back to Nicola. I've been promised a callback for weeks. Don't bother applying here, even if they accept you, you are not going to be better off as the academic staff struggle to understand basic questions and answer on topic. The guy at the reception is the only one who was a pleasure to talk to (sorry, I didn't catch his name).
