Where can I start, Ok absolute perfection from the staff & doctors, after moving home and going with this surgery I found I was dealt with like a patient should be, I did not receive this from my prior doctors, also Dr Yadava and there team keep in touch with me and the hospital and gave me all the tests and advice I needed, also in a great time to I must add. They found I had serious bowel problems that my other doctors fobbed of, saying it was IBS or bad stomach etc. I can honestly say Dr Yadava and his team may of saved my life, and for that I am truly grateful. Thanks Andrew Durose

Since Dr Yadava (RP) has left the take over has been disgusting. I was not informed that my doctor had left after being under him for 39 years, nor was I told by post or phone call that the surgery was to be taken over by such shambles. After trying to change my name legally with the surgery, they informed me that they could not read a deed poll and mistakes were made. I now have no doctor as I wouldn’t trust a surgery who’s staff cannot read simple documents. Most people are being told to use Fenton surgery as they are combined, why would you when you live in longton.... Dr Yadava will be missed but not forgotten
