Told driver to knock a garunteed online price down. The driver told me about this after he left the company. So would be very careful!!! Also tried to blame the driver for taking it but payment was made via the company account???? Shame on you. Remaining balance was paid after a couple of calls so can't they did sort that end out pretty quick.

Very bad service agree price over phone ,go to collect then change the price when your there .... avoid unless you got time to waste .Lady in the office very polite though

My car was collected within two hours of phoning and the lorry driver retrieved it efficiently & expertly. For a vehicle at the end of its life, its departure was as painless as possible. Payment was offered in two forms. I'd use the company again without question.

Spoke to Ian as I needed a spare wheel , nothing was too much trouble, very helpful , professional, and knowledgable His customer service skills were exceptional and at no point did he make me feel inferior as I have no knowledge of car mechanics I really nice gentleman called Costa sourced the spare wheel for me , explained everything to me and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future if I need to.

Got a excellent price for my car to be scraped today, turn up when suppose to, got paid at the time they said it be in my bank account, no messing about so quick and smooth, the driver who came to the house to collect my car came across as a nice guy and represent the company very well, very professional and pleasant and helpful he's a credit to the company. Would use again in the future as seem a genuine company with no messing about would recommend
