Excellent family run business. Took lots of care to make sure everything was right with our order, showroom available so we could see the quality was good. Came out to take millimetre perfect measurements. The order was done really quickly, we paid a deposit just before Christmas and were booked in for 14th Jan 19 but they were able to bring our installation date forward and the windows and door have been finished today. Steve and Chris came out to install, both really nice guys; hard working, careful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the finish, the attention to detail has been exceptional. They'll have all of our custom on any of our future projects as nothing was too much trouble and they've assured us if we have any issues we only need to give them a call. I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you to all the team at Mersey Windows!

excellent service definatle recommend great price for quality windows

Just had the front of the house fitted with three new bay windows plus a new kitchen door and bi-fold doors . This company have been excellent from start to finish. I can’t rate them highly enough workmanship is excellent.many thanks to graham and Leanne , Mike and Joe the two fitters were a credit to the company great workers clean and professional nothing too much trouble.a special mention to DI for her help and advice recommend to anyone who needs new windows. After being quoted a stupid amount by a larger well known firm,I found a local trustworthy window firm who are well worth the money.not only was the quote value the work from Micheal and the young lad coudnt be vaulted.clean professional and punctual will recommend to everyone who is after new windows and doors
