Modernised council offices in the city centre . Merrion house has its own entrance on the outside of the Merrion centre .There are a few disabled parking bays right outside ( next to Pizza express) and there are dropped kerbs giving access for wheelchairs . At the entrance to Merrion house there is a ramp to the left of the revolving glass door leading to a disabled access door on the right side of the revolving doors . It has a small lip to go over the threshold. Once inside you need to book in at reception . I found the whole building very accessible for a wheelchair including the lifts and the toilets .

I've always found the staff professional, helpful and friendly and I've been in there on numerous occasions. Whatever query I have gets dealt with quickly and properly and is resolved without any annoying loose ends. The staff seem competent and knowledgeable. Also, you're always seen quickly and never waiting long. My experience has been consistently good.

4/ 5

The staff is really nice and helpful, we only were delayed a little bit, but everything else worked smoothly. We went in for a declaration of intent to marry. I guess everything is great by comparison when you come from a country that doesn't really like to do their job and are the most rude people to ever meet.
