I have had numerous dealings with Meridian both personally and through my work. Each and every time they have delivered exactly what was required, in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meridian to anyone.

When we wanted to upgrade our alarm system, a friend of ours recommend Meridian. We have not looked back. From getting a quote, to installing our alarm and yearly services we've had nothing but polite, friendly service. We had a lot of quotes from other companies but meridian stood out with a no pressure sales approach & were very helpful with answering all my queries. Failed to turn up at an appointment - I waited in and called after 40 minutes and was told I would have a call back. Gave up after another 15 minutes and went out just as arriving. No apology about his confusion about the appointment time or that had not called back. Not impressed.

Just had 2 Yale coded front door keys cut and delivered by Meridian Security. Excellent price and delivered very quickly. We were quoted almost £60 for 2 by a well known High St branch and this company did it for less than £20 including delivery. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Really helpful people (both on the phone and in store) when i had some basic newbie questions. They sorted me out with some high security door locks. You do pay more but they are the kind of locks your insurance co/parents told you about. I mean, look at the key! Although i do love a local DIY shop, their locks really are the cheapest ones and i wouldn't buy again. I'm pretty sure they are a local (not national chain) company too.

Meridian recently fitted an alarm and cctv cameras to our business premises. Can't rate them highly enough, they went out of their way to ensure we had the cameras and alarm fitted so not to disrupt our working day. The product is amazing, the cameras are so clear. We are on a busy road close to the city centre and hey have captured all sorts of action, so much so that the police have taken footage as evidence. We can look in on the business via the phone which is helpful and reassuring. When the alarm activates we get a notification and can check our cameras to see what is happening. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a post box. The company kept us informed of progress and delivery was next day. Price was very competitive. Highly recommend.
