Staff are professional and welcoming. The hotel has nice views. Our room was towards street and it was still nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Bed and sheets were clean but the room and curtains are old and worn off. It was the same with the shower. You can tell they cleaned it but it's really old. It needs renovation for sure and after renovation it will be a great hotel.

Travelled with our young baby and stayed as a stopover.rooms are simple but clean, expensive due to it being Port Macquarie and the long weekend. Gets 5 stars as the customer service beyond reproach.We stayed with our young baby and the care and consideration of Kathryn and the restaurant crew was amazing. The food was delicious too. We had the fish of the day which was beautiful! Parking was underground and very secure. Will call back if passing through again. Well done Mercure Centro.

Good service and comfortable accomodation. No problems at all. Pool was good for the kids but down side was that with the high enclosing walls it lacked an outdoor feel. Breakfast was cooked to order from a menu on top of standard continental selection. Kids very impressed with the pancake maker. Would stay again.
