PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have had better experiences and customer service in a premier inn! Our room was not cleaned ONCE during our stay although I asked multiple times, they do not answer the phone at the front desk so you have to go downstairs for EVERYTHING and there was NO air conditioning in the room and you can't open the windows so the heat in the room was UNBEARABLE! We were meant to get prosecco on arrival we had to go downstairs again to be told "go to the bar" I spent £200 for one night and got a deal for the next night, I wouldn't say again!

Carpets were dirty. Unorganised at breakfast. Rooms were messed up asked for 3 single beds, got 1 double and 1 single. Pool was unsafe, hole in the floor. Had to wait 20 minutes for water at breakfast. Rooms were really hot all night, didn't sleep very well. Was going to extend our stay for another night. Wouldn't come here again!
