We have being going to Prestige for years with our Mercedes and BMW's. When my wife moved to a Porsche I have to be honest and say I was slightly reluctant using Prestige given to Porsche brand. However when the car was just out of warranty it needed a new set of front and back brake pads. Prestige's price was slightly more than half that of the main dealership price so we decided to go with them. We are glad we did. they did a great job AND also fixed a completely new software fault that was nothing to do with the original work. They have access to trained Porsche technicians who worked out the solution and Prestige fixed it free of charge.

This garage is highly overpriced and has the worst service ever. I took my car there for MOT and service and it came back with a lot more problems, which not only cost me more money but it also left my car with the most annoying noice coming from the dashboard. I wish I could give the a zero star, as this is what they deserve.

Dropped in last week to ask a question about removing the back seats from my Viano ( not a simple job because they are wired for the seat belt tensioners ) Even though I hadn't booked the car in the guys spent time explaining what was necessary ... then changed the battery in my key fob and replaced an indicator bulb ... with no charge at all. A great example of customer service ...so I will defintely take my Viano to them for its next service or repair.

STAY AWAY FROM THE 2 DAVIDS, LYING DECEIVING WITH ALL THE FANCY WARMS WORDS WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE. My CL 500 has been there for the past 3 weeks no call has been given to me i had to call myself, now been informed parts coming from Germany but cant guarantee me when? can take my car away free of charge yet its been ripped apart so probably won't be in the same condition sick of this family business lure innocent customers in!! Also said to me cannot get part from Mercedes but when i called Mercedes they said they have the part..! These people buy used parts then charge customers double!

Booked my Audi in for a service 25.08.21 . Excellent customer service and almost half the price of Audi using the same parts !

Ck recovery and transportation the lady behind counter was very responsive and polite very helpful
