Called for a price on a Vito o/s mirror assembly. Quoted me a price and informed me I t would be ready for collection tomorrow. Next day I received a call saying part was ready for collection, arrived expecting to pay price quoted the previous day to be told a different price which was now over 21% more!!! Due to it been a genuine Mercedes part and special order etc spiel. Needless to say I left and bought from elsewhere, from a supplier who sticks to their quoted price!

1star is too generous, vehicle never ready for collection when they promise. 24hrs later and still not ready. Absolutely disgusting how can anyone run a buisness without a vehicle.

MERCEDES-BENZ Sprinter. Northside truck and van in York Been there amount of times and absolutely discussed eatch time. Worst communication ever! If you got bookings that doesn't mean that your vehicle will get to the garage on that day. I booked appointment over a week ago to find out (you have to ring as they never do) that you might get it back in 2 or 3 days depending on "excuses". Previous service -after living vehicle for 5 days and hiring replacement vehicle I found out that nothing has been done past 5 days and they were to busy to make a phone call. Service before -tools and screws left under bonnet. 1st service -leak from inter cooler-2 days in the garage -fixed for 9 hours till starts leaking again. Mercedes-Benz vans are one of the best in the world without a doubt.I thought that service would be the most important and strongest sides of it. After dealing with Northside in York past last 3 years unfortunately I have completely changed my opinion. Shame for the badge.

A little bit disorganised ,I only went to pick my van up and was waiting half an hour ,to find that they didn't.know who had the keys

The manager is so welcoming. Puts you at ease. Shame he is leaving the company. 😢

Excellent service. The technician that looked after us today was incredibly helpful, fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable. Big asset to the company! Thanks very much, we will return and certainly be recommending you.

Shambolic and incompetent. Charged me for work which wasn't carried out (refunded after some discussion!) And general quality of work poor.
