Wow. I tried to buy carpets for a house renovation from this company, without success, because the owner, Neil O'Rourke, was almost impossible to communicate with. When I gave up Mr O'Rourke told me he would report me to other carpet dealers in the area as a timewaster, and then threatened to visit my family's home for a 'chat'. Very, very shady.

Mendip carpets did an excellent job, we had 3 bedrooms, landing and bathroom done over 2 days only one fitter he did a great job was polite tidy and as we couldn't move the heavy wardrobe managed to fit carpet with it in room. Will definitely recommend and use this firm again.
