I highly recommend Tristan at Mending Massage for treatment of ongoing muscle issues. He has been working with me on my neck, back and sciatica and I’ve noticed a definite improvement. He works with you on things you can do at home, stretching and exercises as well. It’s a professional, friendly environment which I always find relaxing.

Great service, cosy environment, beautiful music. I've tried a few different types of treatment at Mending Massage including cupping, relaxation and remedial massage and they all were great. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get rid of muscle tension or simply to have a nice relaxing massage after a long day in the office.
