Fantastic customer service! Loved the fact the owners took time to find out about my wedding and what I was after.

My wife got her wedding dress here, she liked it, the dress was nice.

Unfortunately we had an extremely disappointing bridal appointment here. As soon as we walked in the shop, who I assume was the owner was dismissive, disinterested and rude. Her questions around budget and other bridal shops we’d visited that day felt like an interrogation. We were not made to feel welcome and she complained about the bride choosing “far too many different styles” to try on (approx 5 dresses) and quite frankly seemed almost angry with us. Despite really liking one of the dresses, we left the shop and spent £1700 on a dress in another shop as it just didn’t feel right making such a special purchase in somewhere where we were made to feel so uncomfortable. It’s so important to support small businesses and I have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review but on this occasion, I really feel it’s necessary. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this shop and would hate to see another bridal party have such a negative experience. Thankfully, there are plenty of other bridal shops in Glasgow to shop with.

This Bridal & Accessories store always has some fantastic displays in the windows. Every time I pass the location the windows are spotless always have great choice bridal and wedding dresses on display. One those business in Glasgow that you want to see it doing well. pop in check it out they might just have dress to suit you.

Amazing shop with beautiful dresses!

We loved our experience at Melle Cloche. Lisa was super helpful in explaining the process when we arrived and I was then able to take my time in looking at and trying on multiple different dress styles of my choosing. Having found the dress I loved, Lisa picked out the perfect veil to match, which completed the look, and made me really excited for the big day. The team were very accommodating in enabling me to return later the same day to show my parents the dress, which meant a lot to me. We were even given time to celebrate with some Prosecco :) I loved the dress choices available to me and the quality of the dresses stocked. Thanks for making the experience so special!

I couldn't recommend Melle Cloche enough. From my first appointment the team were so helpful and made the whole experience amazing. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but with Lisa's help and advice, I ended up with the perfect dress. Due to lockdown and living down south, I had a few appointments before buying the dress but I never felt pressured and the team was really accommodating. I had my alterations done in the shop and the attention to detail was brilliant. Excellent team with a lovely, relaxed shop.

We had a great time at Melle Cloche. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The boutique is lovely inside. They have lots of gorgeous dresses. I was so confused when I arrived, having tried on a few styles that I thought I wanted in another shop, but I just didn't feel like me in them. Shona seemed to know exactly what I needed! So thank you so much, I was starting to think I'd never find the right one and would be getting married in my pyjamas 😆

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping for my wedding dress at Melle Cloche. The ladies there were lovely and made my experience truly wonderful. They were able to help me with the wifi to get my friends and family on a zoom call. They spoke to my future mother-in-law to have champagne and a note waiting for me when I arrived. Shona helped me stick to my budget and did a great job explaining each of the dresses I tried on and how they could be adapted. Their store has a great variety of dresses and accessories. I am so happy to have found my dream dress at Melle Cloche and felt so spoiled by them. I highly recommend!
