Can not comment on the stylists as only called for a gift voucher but have to say the young lady on reception went above and beyond

Charlotte is brilliant, she's started to fix a tragic colour and cut from a previous salon. She clearly knows her stuff and is really sweet. Excited to see the final result. We're one haircut in and it's already looking a million times better.

So it took me almost 10 years to finally find that RIGHT ONE hairdresser. Went to see Ben today and his approach, professionalism and personality are totally amazing. He loves his work and indeed very good in what he is doing. I have a bob and it's so hard to find the person who is not afraid to offer something different and challenge :) absolutely brilliant job he did today with my hair and styling - came out from the salon completely different person. Thank you, Ben and see you soon :)

Never had a bad cut here. Beautifully designed space and great coffee and croissants while you wait.

Beautiful colour from Angela as always, I’m so glad she’s back! First time having my hair cut with Hannah and she is fabulous! I’ve always struggled with wavy/curly hair, I get a beautiful blow try but can never keep it looking great at home. Having someone who understands my hair type, gives me tips for at home care and manages my expectations was fab and I’ve felt really happy with my hair weeks after the cut. Totally recommend Hannah for anyone who has curly/wavy/unruly hair, she is a dream!!

This place used to be OK but has gone downhill and the prices are crazy, better local options available

Milly did an amazing massage! It was great value. She was really welcoming and reassuring as it was my first time and this made the experience very enjoyable- I would highly recommend
