Spencer was a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent communication throughout the process. They collected it today with all the specialist equipment to ensure no damage to the hot tub or my property. Agreed price paid with no hassle. Sold my hot tub using these guys. Last week completed an online form from their website, within 5 minutes of sending it, someone called through with a cash quote and a collection date for this week. Ben and the lads have collected it today, really impressed with the service. The hottub was in the corner of a small terrace garden, with access being a very narrow Victorian lane, but these guys had been and gone within 45 minutes. If I ever had the need for a new hottub, or had another to sell I'd use this company again
