I’m from Canada, and was visiting the UK for the first time. Between the planes, no sleep, and jet lag, I caught a nasty infection. Looking for a clinic of some sort, I happened upon Medicspot. I had thought it was a walk in, but discovered that I would be talking to s doctor over Skype. Was trying to determine how they go about diagnosing an ear infection when they couldn’t see me in person. It turned out to be brilliant. There were tools connected to the computer, and the doctor was quite through. I ended up with two prescriptions, and was on my way to enjoying my holiday again. It was a great system that should be deployed in more places.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was easy to use, quick and easy.

Absolutely amazed how quick and easy it was. I couldn't register with any GP and was struggling with my flu for over a month. Made an appointment in the evening and next day I had my visit. Got antibiotics and finally feel better. I highly recommend this :)
