I arrived there in excruciating left hip pain. I couldn’t sit & it kept me awake for two days. I didn’t self medicate because I didn’t want to mask any symptoms-but I was due to board a plane the next day to fly to Portland Oregon from Heathrow. I was able to get a diagnosis & the treatment plan that eased the pain & kept me on schedule!!!!

Going to see an "online doctor" was my only left option as a non UK resident looking for a doctor because of a tonsillitis since all other medical centers refused me... (thank you for nothing, British health system). So in my case I was more than grateful that this option exists. It turned out to be quite useful and necessary cause I indeed needed antibiotics which I wasn't able to get otherwise. With the provided equipment I felt that the examination was reasonably sufficient. However the whole procedure went very fast like in a hurry (which I guess is common also for "non-online doctors").
