AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. On The Move are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Me and my partner used Medics on the move to get our first place together. From just trying to arrange a viewing to vacating the property, the company have been nothing but unprofessional from day one. Having had so many issues just trying to find a time that was 'convenient for them to show us the place', it was only because we loved the apartment so much that we thought once we had showed genuine interest the service would change. We were wrong. The company didn't want to know about any issues we had, regularly sending blunt and rude emails in reply to our questions. Not the service we expect when paying over £700 per month for a property in Bristol. Checking in and out fees are kept very quiet until it comes to the point where the company want to make money. They will spend every penny they can, then send you the bill, managing to find a clause in a contract they can twist to make applicable. The company pass blame for any issues, don't follow up on their promises and have no customer service skills at all. If looking at a property with this company, regardless of how suitable the place is, look elsewhere. It isn't worth the stress.
