I was impressed at the quality of communication from McVey & Murricane. They made everything very easy to achieve through effective use of online forms. Very helpful on the telephone. They provided excellent information so I could make informed decisions. They responded very quickly to form submission and acknowledged bank transfers very quickly indeed. Many of these responses were manual in addition to any automated responses. Fees were on a par with other companies and I felt no need to shop around. Almost all of my interaction with them was via web pages and email - a point to bear in mind.

For a first time buyer, the service provided by M&M was fantastic. Made the whole process stress free providing detailed information in plain English for easy understanding of the legal implications of buying a house. Additionally, all staff were extremely friendly and polite and communicated all necessary details and updates promptly. Cannot thank M&M enough for their assistance in giving myself and my family our dream home and would highly recommend them.

First time using M&M, for the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property. The service provided was outstanding. Communication was brilliant and it was easy to speak to someone if I had a query. On the two occasions that I left a message I received a call back the same day, both times were after 5:30pm, when most other solicitors would be away home! My case handler changed from Shirley to Stephanie halfway through, and if I hadn't been told I wouldn't have known, the service and updates remained seamless. Everything came together perfectly in the end, the changeover on both cases was smooth. Very impressed overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use M&M again and I would have no issues recommending their services.

Great service for a first time buyer. I liked the wee information and guides they provided, it made it an easy process and everything was explained for me. Any queries were answered promptly and they said from the beginning that I might not hear from them for a while and its normal and part of the process. Anytime I did a check in email the solicitor was friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend McVey and Murricane to others.

Fast, efficient service for my re-mortgage. The system they use to keep you informed of progress and next steps is excellent. I always knew what I needed to do or which other party had activity outstanding, really took the stress out of the process, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used M&M for a previous purchase in 2013 which was very smooth and well handled by them though the transaction was difficult. I used them again for a purchase and sale in Nov 2021. The portal they have created is well constructed and easy to understand and I found it pretty straightforward to upload all of my information which took a chunk of stress out of sending documents by mail. My solicitor, Beth, was both professional and responsive typically within 2 -3 hrs and walked me through the critical points in an easy to understand manner. They under promised and then over delivered which I prefer. The fees were reasonable and on settlement day everything went smoothly and we were all sorted by 11am which was a great help with the actual move. Overall a really good experience and I would absolutely use them again.

From start to finish this was by far the easiest house move I've had. The girls at McVey and Murricane were excellent and knew exactly what to say / do and when to do it. Very effective in every scenario that popped up and a cracking bunch too! Would highly recommend.
