We have dealt with McMillan's for years for our carpets and rug cleaning. The service has always been first class with very friendly staff who respect your house when visiting. They have worked wonders on our carpets considering we have two dogs, it does not make it easy for them! First class job all round and well worth every penny. Thanks

Very pleased with all aspects of the service I received, from discussing my requirements with the team on the phone, through to the results of the carpet cleaning. When the technician arrived, he fully introduced himself, and gave a detailed overview of the process he would perform on the carpets. After almost 2 hours, I returned to my property and the technician talked me through how it went, and asked if I was happy with the cleaning - I was. The carpets not only looked visibly cleaner, but the pile was raised again. Areas which had been squashed due to furniture feet looked like new. I highly recommend this company. Although I did receive cheaper quotes elsewhere, I didn’t want to risk having a treatment performed and for the quoted price to suddenly inflate. I paid exactly what I was quoted from this well established company.

Had all carpets cleaned which are a few years old and were looking a bit shabby. So happy with the result, they look as good as new, came up so well after the guys cleaned them. Fast and friendly service, really easy to deal with and they got to me quickly after I enquired. Highly recommend them if you need your carpets or rugs cleaned.

I have two 30 year old large Persian rugs. Both have been in storage for two years. When they came back I decided to contact McMillan Rug Spa to see if they could clean one of them to see how it turned out. In the past have used many companies that clean them in situ and have never felt they were clean enough. The rug I sent to them is amazingly clean and fresh. Technician had excellent customer care skills and he carried out the job quickly with no fuss and the carpets looked like new when he had finished. Very convenient to schedule online, liked the online details on how the rugs was cleaned - much more thorough than just having it steamed and vacuumed at home. All servicemen came as planned. Rug looks great and feels much cleaner and newer!
