Darrell Clark dealt with our tricky conveyancing case as we were selling two flats while simultaneously buying a house (all done successfully). Darrell is a wonderful guy, super friendly, always diligent to get back to us and answer all and any questions we had. I wouldn't use anybody else for future conveyancing. We will be passing his details onto many others.

We had an awful experience with MW, using them as conveyance solicitors. Completely inept, missed deadlines, took weeks in responding to emails, didn't return calls, left the work to junior paralegals who just didn't know what they were doing. Regularly lied to us to cover up own shortcomings. Would never use again.

Would highly recommend, good communication, worked fast and were always quick to respond (a particular shout out to Grace who was fantastic in dealing with our incessant questions) As first time buyers we emailed and turned up at the office quite a lot but never felt tunred away.

Absolutely terrible experience. The sales team were quick to convince me to work with them with several emails and phone calls, assuring me that I could get in touch with someone easily. This couldn’t be further from the truth, I have been unable to get in touch with my contact on several occasions. I finally had to resort to sending multiple emails, calling her direct line, calling the sales persons line, calling switchboard and leaving voicemails. Only then did I receive a response. Each document has been asked for separately over a series of weeks, rather than in a clear and concise format. This method of working is very chaotic. Both email and a portal are used to supply documents which is nonsensical, surely everything should be completed in one place? My completion date was set for late November. It is now 6th December and I am still being harassed for documents. I have now been given a date of a week before Christmas. This is an extra FOUR WEEKS, not to mention the mortgage offer was supplied days ago and everything else has been in place. I believe either increasing the number of staff, decreasing workload or further training may be of value, as employees are unable to stick to deadlines currently.

Conveyancing is not something most people go through often, so it makes a huge difference to have the right level of support, and that is certainly what we got from Taylor Rose MW Brighton. Mostly we dealt with Amy Parris and the service from her was excellent, always responsive, on top of things, and willing to explain and clarify things when needed. I would certainly hope to use the same team in future if the need should arise.

5/ 5

Highly recommended conveyancing service, providing a consultative and efficient service from start to finish. Abigail McMillan is super-efficient and clearly has a depth of understanding to help reassure you throughout the different t stages of a sale and purchase. She is also personable and a pleasure to deal with. Similarly, Amy Parris make you feel as though you are her only client, providing an exceptional service. Neil Hayes has extensive knowledge on case law examples which helped me to understand individual processes - something that gives me piece of mind. He is reputable and absolutely prepared for any obstacle.
