Massive thank you Andy and Ian from Mcleans Glass!! Water was leaking in my kitchen through a damaged rainwater pipe on the roof. Andy said they would be with me within the hour, and they were! Roof pipe fixed straight away. Ian is coming back next week to re-felt the roof which needed doing a long time ago to be honest. Great responsiveness, excellent service. Highly recommend Mcleans. Excellent job, prompt and efficient service. They listened carefully & intelligently to what we wanted, discussed details, provided information, and the job was executed perfectly. From the moment I first met Simon I thought what a fantastic, happy, and honest guy he was. His approach was warm, and kind too, just the quality I was looking for in tradesman for my mother and myself. My mother had her windows and doors done first and we could not be more happier with the work done. I had my extension, windows and front door double glazing done, and also my front walls rebuilt, and back garden fences done. I was looking for something different for my kitchen and opted to go for an antique mirror splash back. Kate helped explain the process to me as I wasn't sure about the sockets. Thank you! It looks great in my bar area now.

If I was able to give zero stars I would! They can't even honour a 10 year guarantee for a door and lock, thats been faulty since 10 months after install. I get told that the door is guaranteed not the lock!! who buys a door without a lock and expect that the guarantee is only for a upvc door ???? Shocking customer service and to top it all I've been informed that they never even registered for the job with the local authority! My advise to everyone avoid them at all cost.
