If you are considering selling your house through mckillop and Gregory, think again. When viewing our house for the purpose of giving us a valuation, David McKillop was neither thorough, interested or polite. From the moment he arrived, he was rude , arrogant and dismissive. He did not even view the entire property as he couldn't be bothered to walk up to the top of the garden. He made crass and inaccurate generalisations and seemed genuinely unaware of how offensive he was being. Having received a valuation from another estate agent ( helpful, interested, professional) David Mckillop's shortcomings are even more apparent. Needless to say. We shall not be using him to sell our house.

If you are thinking of selling, do not use McKillop & Gregory. Whilst I’ve been involved in selling numerous properties, I have never in my life witnessed such intentional incompetence to a degree Basil Forte couldn’t even reach? They do not vet potential buyers competently, get back to you after viewings without provocation to do so and when the going gets tough, they are more than happy to just throw the keys back at you? Above all else and whilst he apologised due to being under immense pressure(?), David McKillop’s attitude and tone is just unforgivable. A complete waste of times, use Whites!

Despite trying to sell a house post covid lockdown David and Giles were always very polite and professional. Given the surge in people buying and selling properties at the time I always felt supported by them and they always dealt with my concerns efficiently. Now a buyer has been found, we have unfortunately had problemmatic issues with the buyers solicitor and they have continued to push things forward on my behalf. I have appreciated their calm, efficient and professional approach given such stressful circumstances
