Sat at the checkout for a good 10mins with another 8 other people because staff we're too busy talking instead of serving. Someone came past and said use the self service ordering system but when I ordered no receipt was printed (meaning I couldnt actually complete my order)

Absolutely diabolical. Waited in drive through for over 20mins. Finally got order. It was cold. Asked for replacement. Asked for new shake for my son as his had been sitting there for nearly 25mins whilst we were in line waiting. Asked for Fillet of Fish with no cheese. They got it wrong 3 times. Asked to speak with the Manager on duty. Wasn't available. What an absolute shimozle - and this was at 10pm - not peak hour!

Very disappointing. Called in for dinner after a sporting event at 8pm on a Sunday night only to find the store in a disgusting state. Mess everywhere. Food and rubbish all over every table and on the floor. They were totally understaffed and I felt sorry for them. Went to order at Kiosk to find scanner didn't work and then machine printed a blank order receipt. Then waited 15 minutes for just a meal deal and an extra burger and a coffee. Struggled to find somewhere to sit. Sadly my meat was dry and chips were cold. We couldn't eat them. Coffee was also luke warm as it was made and left to sit for ages and handed out with the meal. Just not good enough. I've never in my time ever seen a McDonald's like this.

The staff need to check and double check their orders. I had to remind the attendant about a coffee ordered. Upon checking the order was incorrect. I then asked the staff to recheck the order. They replaced the incorrect items. I then had to ask for a straw. They weren't busy at all. Lots of staff. Obviously they need more attention to detail.

Went at 1am ordered cheese ham and tom toastie and a few other things. Workers fantastic doing graveyard shift, very polite, understanding and happy. I'm Partially deaf so when I yelled at them over the noise of my car and they yelled back I was pleasantly surprised. Over all great experience
