Had to wait so long for food. When it did arrived the fries and one of the burgers was cold. The ice-cream had melted where we waited so long for the food. Shame as I was so looking forward to this treat.

Rather small, the electronic ordering stands are in the way of the door. Fast food .... wasn't very fast. By the time I got my order my coffee was barely warm and my fries were cold. Won't be calling in here again.

Waited 25 mins tonight for our families food. Watched 10 cars which came in after me get their food first while we all waited for our orders to come out. What a mess. If only we had more competition in the area or another McDonald's

In the running for the worst McDonald's in the UK. Drive through usually wrong, whichever lane you choose, the other is served twice as often. You always have to park up. The drinks are poured in advance and are flat, warm, and usually watery. Burgers thrown together and poorly wrapped. I wish we had a burger King instead. Updated: Still in the running for the worst McDonald's. Now even the app orders are wrong. Missing items, dips never put in even though ordered and drinks still flat as poured in advance. Best avoided, go to Taco Bell instead.

First off, the manager (an elderly woman) was so rude when showing us to our seats. Then we waited over an hour for our food, and even the people opposite us got their food way before we did. When we did get the food, it was terrible. Their ice and soda machines were kind of broken, so they gave us flat drinks that tasted so disgusting that we didn't finish them. Then they put fries in which were not cooked, so they were still hard and just terrible. Then our burgers arrived. The burgers had barely any sauce, basically no meat on them, and the bread was moulded. We couldn't eat the food, so we just left. Such a waste of food. That's why it gets such a bad review. Also, the floors and tables were filthy and dirty.
