I had a telephone appointment with Dr Geraldine McCreesh for the first time today and I was really impressed how thorough Dr Geraldine McCreesh was when I asked her for advice regarding covid 19 and my underlying medical condition. After initial few minutes of listening to my concerns and checking my medical history, Dr McCreesh decided to go further and consult medical expertise from other specialized medical sources. Dr McCreesh in fact took initiative and called me back for a second time to reassure me and give me further guidance from specialized medical sources. I had worked within NHS in Europe and I have to praise Dr McCreesh for being a real expert Doctor with experience and expertise. She gave me extra time to make sure that I get all possible advice, she totally earned my trust, she was modest, very pleasant and very understanding...For that I am very grateful...and the local NHS can be very proud to have such an expert Doctor..:-)
