McCarthy’s Storage World leeds

Ben Fox and Gary Collins turned up on time and got to work straight away. Covered our doors, floors and walls so there was no damage. They dismantled our beds and reassembled at our new address. They even packed our smaller items into boxes and labelled them for us. The staff at McCarthys is an asset to the company and put us at complete ease. They ensured we had a stress-free moving day. Would recommend to everyone.

I have previously used McCarthy's to utilise a storage unit and they did a good job. As we're now moving house, I therefore tried to use their removals service. Unfortunately despite having called them a couple of times, they never got back to me, so I've been unable to use their services. Bit disappointed as a repeat customer.

Quoted over £400 to move two sofas 1 mile from a house to a first floor flat....good job I was sat down. No thank you

Used McCarthys back in 2009 and they were amazing. Moved my house to house with ease and little fuss. The 2 men were brill and went above and beyond. Have used McCarthys for storage, boxes and packing materials. The down side of being this good is the cost of services us very high end. If you can afford always use them. Moved house recently but only needed moving a fee large items which was too expensive. Otherwise I would have used them again. Brilliant organisation.

Fantastic experience moving with McCarthy's last week. Polite, friendly guys who took great care of both the property we were leaving and the one we were moving to protecting doors and carpets throughout. All our belongings moved carefully and safely. They didn't stop once they were started! Many thanks to Gareth, Tony, Shaun, Lee and Aiden for making a stressful couple of days much much easier. Would gladly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. For the first part of our move. Adam and Richard came and packed our whole house in two days to take it to storage. They took care whilst packing up. They were friendly and chatty! Would 100% recommend the packing service! We hope we get Adam and Richard again when we get our things back out of storage.

The service at McCarthy's was amazing - would recommend them to anyone needing storage. I received extremely personal service and the staff couldn't do enough to help me when I was trying to get my storage unit set up whilst abroad. Special thanks to Sarah for all of her help and doing an excellent job!

From start to finish this went extremely well. The admin staff were extremely patient and helpful during my many phone calls to them, nothing was too much trouble. And on the day of the move? The guys who moved us (Dan and Dan) were awesome!! They worked so hard and were great with all our belongings. I don't know how they did it running up and down flights of stairs all day! Again, nothing was too much trouble. I was so pleased with how it all went. They were worth every penny.

Fantastic service from Lee H, Gary C & Sean W. They were respectful and caring with all items in our house and were careful as to make sure everything was protected and packed correctly. They worked very quickly and efficiently and could not fault them and their professionalism with packing, dismantling, unpacking and assembly.

We used McCarthy's for our house move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great to deal with over the phone, and pleasant and very obliging in person. Their part of moving day went super smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. The house was cleared and our stuff safely in the lorry in no time at all. We suffered severe delays (the usual money transactions taking hours rather than minutes) but the lads were very understanding. Because of the delays, extra pairs of hands were drafted in to help with the offloading at the new house. No damage to either of the houses or our stuff. Whilst they're not the cheapest, neither are they the most expensive. Money well spent!
