From initial contact through to the completion, Kam was incredibly helpful, speedy and responsive. He recommended a cheaper quartz worktop for our kitchen which has actually given a better finish and look that the pricey one we had found. The overall quote was very competitive. The worktop was templated at short notice and fitted quickly with the minimum of joints and all the curves and edges finished as recommended by his team. We had been recommended MBS by our neighbours and I am happy to continue that recommendation without hesitation.

I decided to use this place to get the countertop for my new kitchen. At the beggining they were very friendly, and got the stone in time. All the issues came when the stone had to be fitted, as additional support was not in place and they decided to fit the stone regardless, instead of sorting this out. I had to pay someone else to add the right support, as they just put the stone there and left. This is a heavy stone, hence it's very unsafe to fit it without the right support. When I requested them to fix this, they started harrasing me saying they wanted their money for and that the fitting was complete. They even threaten to come to my house and I only wanted them to complete the fitting, as I was planning on paying once the job is done. NOT A PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE, NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER ORIENTED. I can't stress enough my recommendation of NOT USING THEM. The final amount you pay for your new countertop ends up being significantly more expensive because you need to get someone else to do it right. In my case, I should have gone with IKEA, where you have lots of guarantees and service quality assurance.
