Called in on Tuesday night to see a man called Tom booked a test drive with him my gran came along with me everything was going good until he started asking me if I would tell anyone if I woke up naked in a tent so I said no and he asked if i wanted to go camping with him. The area was of putting but once inside showroom you would never know clean tidy drinks and snacks machine, tv, friendly staff and helpful, made us feel welcome. looked at car Saturday late afternoon drove it away following Wednesday. so reasonably quick turn around. Terry and other staff were knowledgeable test drive good. would go back again and recommend them. only thing I would change would be a 3 months standard warranty rather than 1 month.

Enquires about an m5 and was told it had 1 previous owner, so drove all the way out there the next day (Father’s Day) to put a deposit on it, asked to see all the details and the car had 4 previous owners. Went on to say someone needs to be accountable for my waisted time and journey and the answer I got was ppl make mistakes. MB Motor group have been absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of the R6 I first saw on Auto Trader. They quickly responded to my request to view and said they would keep me updated if there is any change as i was traveling up from Preston to see it. I put my deposit down there and then on the bike as it was exactly what i was looking for. In the meantime it took a while for the funds to come available before i could make the final payment. The process took 4 weeks and MB were very patient and gave me a lot of time to get things sorted. The delivery of the motorbike was brilliant, the delivery man was polite and the bike looked well secured. Unfortunately however a couple of hours after delivery of the bike i noticed that the fork seals were leaking, Presumably because the bike had been clamped down a little bit too much in the back of the van, but unsure of the cause. I straight away contacted Richard who i was dealing with who was more than willing to assist with sorting the issue. After sending pictures over he agreed that this was a problem and that they were willing to cover this under the warranty. Unfortunately however, due to the distance (Preston - Leeds) this would of caused problems as the bike wasn't really in a suitable condition to ride up there. I spoke to Richard again and I was asked to get quotes from local mechanics to get the issue repaired in my local area and invoice them for a refund of the work. All in all Richard & MB Motor group have been fantastic throughout the entire process, extremely helpful in all ways. I can't recommend these guys enough when it comes to motorbikes.
