We have been using MB Liverpool as our main go to garage for the last two years and have always been happy doing so. Our car has been in and out of the garage several times. Here I can mention 2 services, minor sensor fault, battery replacement/other electrical troubleshooting, drivetrain and suspension repair. Darren at the front desk has always gone the extra mile to make the experience at MB Liverpool even better. Very honest and reliable garage.

Brilliant fast efficient service, unfortunately had drive belt snap on my 11yr old E Class Merc lunchtime by 5.00 belt & tensioner replaced . Professional job , courteous staff and fair cost . I know who will be servicing my motor in future. Thanks

Excellent service at short notice when I was in a panic having had an engine warning light come on while driving to Liverpool. Called and was booked in but had to delay appointment as ended up stuck in traffic for a while! Finally got to garage and left car there for a diagnostic to establish the issue. Unfortunately they weren’t able to repair it for me as it was late on Friday and couldn’t get hold of the part, however they provided reassurance about being able to drive the car back home carefully to book it in for repair. Really impressed with the level of professional, quick and helpful service from this company - just wished I’d have been in Liverpool long enough so they could’ve repaired it for me too. Fantastic service from Scott at MB Liverpool. After finding dealings difficult and troublesome with the Main dealership across the road, I contacted Scott. At short notice he was able to recover the vehicle, have the work completed on the same day and with a saving compared to the dealerships quote. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer in the future, thank you once again. 👌🏻

The drivers door electric window stopped working on my BMW. I could hear the motor, but it would not move the window. I gave MB Motors a call - based on a recommendation and they suggested that as I was in Liverpool to call in for a diagnosis (yesterday). The outcome was that the regulator needed replacing. Explaining the reliance I have on my car in the coming days, Scott was very accommodating by ordering the part and booking my car in for the work to be attempted today but with the caveat that it may not be done until tomorrow due to existing workload. Mid afternoon today I got a call to tell me the work had been completed. This was better than the expectations set, and its great to be able to open/close the window again - especially at the Mersey tunnel pay stations! Well done Scott and all at MB Motors. Quality job and a delighted customer.
