Apart from being a huge Mazda fan the service here is fantastic. Steve their Senior Service Advisor was particularly helpful in making sure I was looked after when my call went in for a recall. They went out of their way to help me and everything was resolved quickly, happy customer :)

Rating reflects the effort and very pleasant manner of the salesperson. Having travelled a distance, I was collected from the train station. Time was allowed to view car, ask questions, take or a test drive etc - all without feeling under any pressure. A couple of things needed discussed, one seeing management involved. However, the branch manager proved to be very reasonable. Mention goes to Paul Eden though - the salesperson who was respectful and approachable at all times.

Steve Benson was really helpful throughout. Extremely quick and a job well done. Answered all my questions and made sure I only went one day without my car. Top guy. Definitely recommend.

They are willing to turn water into wine when you're buying something, like getting blood out of a stone when they owe you something. Someone was supposed to be getting in touch with me regards to deposit refund - never heard anything back. Not even a bounty hunter could of found the 'correct' person to speak to.

Bought a Toyota Verso from Paul at Mazda Leeds - an easy, stress-free process from start to finish. Very professional and approachable manner with good communication. The one niggle we found with the car was rectified quickly and professionally by the service team who kindly loaned me a Mazda 3 for the day - beautiful car! Mazdas are very underrated and genuinely quality products - would happily take one over an Audi. Big thanks again to the team, would happily recommend.

Great place with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My car is always looked after every time I take it there and they make sure that when I ask for something specific it is done. Bonus that the car is also cleaned. Luke, who is the person I always deal with is an absolute gem and makes me feel at ease and that my car is in great hands.
