I have been on hold for ONE HOUR before giving up. Told I was 19th in the queue, then got to 8th then put on hold. Was I still in the queue, no idea. This is unacceptable from the surgery and it shouldn't be allowed to carry on. It's a disgrace.

Trying to call... have to listen to automated voice for three very long minutes before making the selection after which you're greeted with a busy signal before being disconnected... nice...

Complained previously about a Dr who didn't even check my background information and told me that I should be going to work even though I am not fit for work. After that I've received no help, I'm autistic and I am not a hypochondriacal person infact I look to avoid having to contact the surgery at all costs. I came back today because I cannot even get a single appointment not even an average of one appointment per year. I've got quite a lot of problems at the moment and am struggling, if turns out to be something serious well it looks like you'll just be left to die these days. May aswell not exist. Tell you go call at 8am even though you've got insomnia and struggling for sleep, even when you do that you're not guaranteed an appointment. Absolutely terrible service compared to my last GP near Chadd Park who were very mindful and considerate about mental health.
