Such a great team of professionals. Always knowledgeable and ready to assist. Very very efficient surgery. I have been with them for over 5 years and never had a bad experience. Specifically when I was carer for my mum who was diagnosed with Cancer in 2016 they were amazing!!! Thank you to all of the staff and medical team for the work which you do serving your local community. You really do make all the difference.

I go to this medical center every week to the anticoagulant centre. The nurses and staff are so nice and are always very helpful

This is a good gp. Friendly staff and clean building. Only downside is the wait to see a doctor when making an appointment but that is generally the issue with most gps.

Can't fault doctors, or receptionists, but isn't the easiest place to make an urgent appointment

Im yet to be able to get an appointment after being registered for 6months, its a good thing i have friends that are in the medical field. I tried to arrange a blood test and an Asian receptionist quite rudely shouted down the phone that I'd need a pre medical, i asked what that mean and she continued shouting. Im not sure who trained or hired you but please find another job like cleaning where you do not have to engage with humans!!!!

Receptionists aren't helpful at all and never answer the phone

Appointment lines open at 8:30 then why does no one usually plug the phones in until 8:45? Usually greeted with a “line is no longer in service” message or it goes straight to voice mail for 45 minutes. Finally get through and told there are no more face-to-face appointments to discuss a breast lump which I was told the week before I needed to be seen if current treatment didn’t work, was offered a telephone appointment which is a waste of both my time and the surgeries time. Not very organised, had to chase up my sons immunisations multiple times, doctors don’t seem to read any medical history or notes. Looking to change gp surgeries wouldn’t reccomend.
