Called in to look at baby items not at of choice in unisex items but the pink and blue choice was great

staff are horrible, got verbally abused and felt so uncomfortable by a male member of staff, didn't get his name but he was tall probs about 6'3, only in his early twenties with short lightish hair, looked alternative. never coming here again felt like I was going to get touched up

Went to matalan swinton today was a madhouse never seen so many people with no masks guess we will be in lockdown again in 2 weeks these companies need to police the rules crazy.

Generally I love Matalan but I don’t appreciate being lied to. I was waiting in line and don’t like to use the self service tills as I refuse to help businesses put staff out of work. When I said this I was told the manned till was only cash or returns. I said I’d wait and the lady on the till was lovely. I think her name was Henan or Hanen. I have dealt with her before and she is very professional and friendly. The other staff member was off hand and as I paid with my card she had lied about it being cash only. She was my only negative experience though.
